I love the Larchmont Sanctuary Spa and have been here several times, but this time wasn't as great as in the past. The facilities are very nice and relaxing. The copper bath was great, probably the best part. But our massages were both under-whelming. They didn't seem very professional. I had Daniela and she was extremely rough and while I don't mind the pressure, a massage is still supposed to be relaxing. She went way too hard and fast. I arrived streesed and left completely blissed out after a "hot rock massage with Victor". Fabulous! The young woman at reception is lovely and very welcoming. Great experience!

I have been trying to call many times today because I think I left my watch , nobody has returened my calls and I left two messages ,, can someone please call me back and let me know at least if it has been found . Or answer the phone ,,,, the massage was great

Great experience. I got my boyfriend and I the Best Jade Stone massage, we both loved it! I definitely recommended both Daniela and Vivian.
It was great being there and that they fit us in the same day we called. Lovely facility, kind staff, and a great break during vacation!
