Great staff and service! Always enjoy going back there.
Loved the facial. Elizabeth was terrific. Front desk was warm and lovely. Fireplace room and tea set up was lovely. C- for the motorhome style showers. Also, C- for the man waiting at the front desk at check out. He didn't say a word or even smile. If he is the owner supervising operations better he stay behind the scenes instead of making guests uncomfortable.
The treatments were great, the staff were great. Just one thing, there was supposed to be a foot scrub and reflexology massage in my facial, but that didnt happen, just realised now. Would be good to mention if the treatment is changing. Thanks!
Tumi was wonderful and addressed all of my concerns with competence and care. She spent time analyzing my skin and giving it the treatment needed. Excellent results.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. It was our first time at Larchmont Sanctuary and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped into the building until we left. We had 2 amazing staff members working with us and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything.
Therapist was very nice but not skilled. Barely felt like I had a massage. Too much massage oil on my body and hair. I had to take a shower and wash my hair as soon as I get home. Towels were too hot. Overall experience is not worth it if you compare with the cost, luckily I was using a gift certificate.

It was a great way to wrap up the end of the year. My only comment is I'm not sure if there was a sauna as advertised or not. The lady at the front desk didn't mention it. Overall it was clean. We did do the bath but the water was luke warm, wish we could have turned up the warmth. Will definitely be returning in the future though!
