Yumie always provides an excellent first-class facial treatment and I return to see her every time I am in LA. The spa is very comfortable and the lady who checked me in and out at the front desk was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I look forward to coming back. Thank you.
Yumi is awesome. She's attentive and takes the time to explain what she's doing. She also gives a great massage once while you're under the steam and again while you're in the mask. She gives the option of foot or hand - she herself has hands of an angel! Her technique is also great and bar far the best facial I've ever received. I've had my fair share from other places. Great - this was my first time with Natasha and I haven't felt this good in a long time. She could immediately tell which parts of my body needed to be worked on and knew exactly how much pressure to apply.
I had the nicest afternoon. Everyone was so welcoming. It was relaxing without being fussy and threatening. I can't wait to return!
