Loved my facial with Yumi. My skin looks and feels great. The facial itself felt really nice and smelled great. I think I might have fell asleep for a second or two. Loved that there was free parking and it was easy to find. The bathroom is really nice and they give you soft towels. The building is nice and clean and the relaxation lounge has mint, watermelon water and dried fruit. While I appreciated the ambience, I don't understand why there are buddhist symbols all over the place. It would be nice to be able to relax ... read more
Yumi is the best. The sweetest person plus so talented. I'll never let anyone else touch my skin ever. She always knows what it needs to look its best and healthiest.
Experience was ok. Therapist was good, but at times her methods seemed rushed. Music was loud in the treatment room and songs had lyrics which for me is a distraction. Table did not have extension to accommodate my height and my feet hung off the table which made it uncomfortable for my back. overall it was fine but I wouldn't return primarily due to the tables not being able to accommodate me.

Hi there. Thanks for the opportunity to tell you about my very mixed experience at the spa today. When I called to make the appointment, I made sure to let the receptionist know that I had just had a baby and would require extra pillows for a postnatal massage. She acknowledged that, and seemed to make a note. Today, I showed up early so as to have plenty of time to fill out the paperwork.
