I was quite late but the staff were very accommodating to me and my massage therapist was awesome! I had a great experience

My experience started off very rocky but before it could've gotten worse, the situation was turned around and I received an apology. I dont remember the lady's name but she said she was the manager. The Jade Stone massage I received was simply amazing! It definitely did a body good! 😊 Big thanks and appreciation to Victor for bringing life to my experience!
Worst Spa Experience ever. If your going to be late or if something unforeseen comes up forget about getting any kind of customer service from this Spa or the owner Scott. Scott is a racist was not accommodating to me as a consumer when I was late for my appointment due to circumstances out of my control maybe it's because I'm African American, however he was very accommodating to a Caucasian couple who waited to have their services by offering them a complementary foot soak but couldn't do anything for me but add an additio... read more

As a female minority business owner I am disappointed that you followed through on your threat to extort a free treatment or you would post a negative review. The two African-American concierges that handled your appointment when you were 30 minutes late were especially surprised at the accusation of racism. Awesome! Ryan gave an excellent massage, and the facial I received from Yumi was incredible. Highly recommended. If I lived in LA, I'd be here all the time.
