While the providers themselves are great, their office’s methods to confirm appointments via phone calls, text messages and emails is obnoxious. I confirmed my daughter’s appointment via email yet a text message was sent saying they had release the appointment for non-confirmation. I called to the office only to find out the appointment had not actually been release and they use the texts as a threat for not actually calling to confirm. During this time of Shelter in Place, our dentist office continues to maintain the highest level of patient service and professionalism. Our daughter had to have an urgent care service to have an abscess looked at and consequently her molar removed to make room for an incoming tooth. They followed every mandated requirement to ensure the safety of our daughter as a patient and their staff. Dr. Holly is one of the best children's professionals. Years ago, when I first discovered her practice, I was online late at night worriedly chasing a dental issue for my young daughter. I sent an email and was answered by Dr. Holly herself who had me send x-rays so she could answer my questions and never mentioned an appointment. I was amazed! It was obvious she cared about this unknown little girl. Her spirit is reflected in all the professionals in her offices. Smiles, expertise, good hearts.
Dr. Holly is amazing with children and her recommended treatments make sense. She takes time to explain and does not seem to be in a rush. She is not just about doing procedures now your kids. She makes the most appropriate recommendations.
Dr. Holly and her staff are always professional and are great with all children of all ages.
My son has been a patient since he was 1 (he's 6 now). I'm very impressed and will never switch. Everyone is kind. Dentists have been very kind while explaining areas to focus on until next appointment. The dental hygienists are amazing too! My son cried/whined on the way to appt this week. I was worried. The hygienist was so upbeat, she changed his mood instantly and he tolerated cleaning very well! I have much more to say, but unable to write more due to "character" limitations.
Dr Holly was excellent with my daughter and even gave me suggestions on what to do for my two month of son who didn't have an appointment. She was very through and patient with my daughter. Excellent explaining the proposed treatment plan and why she chose that option. I am very pleased with her service. The only issue is the availability or lack thereoff. We had urgent situations but couldn't get in for over two months.. Hopefully they will open up more days to accommodate patients..
Very thorough and passionate about oral hygiene of the children. Tends to scold parents if children present with poor oral hygiene or if they require more cleaning than usual. Wish she'd be more compassionate to moms of multiples. Great with kids.
Even for regular routine dental cleansing, lacksof availability and office hours are too short, very inconvenient.
