If you grab one of the blue chairs in the front, on a sunny day, there are few settings better to sip coffee. The areopress is excellent.
Lantern Coffee Bar and Lounge is about 30 minutes from my house. Yet I bypass other coffee bars along the way to go there! The staff is not only knowledgeable about the coffee scene in general but they are passionate about people and doing life in community. They not only believe in it they work hard to create it! I absolutely love the atmosphere and especially the coffee here! My only critique is that the WiFi doesn't always work with all of my devices. From what it sounds like, this has been a problem for awhile. It makes me nervous to come here to work on homework when i don't know if I'm going to be able to connect my laptop to the network. If the owners would resolve this issue, an absolute 5 star coffee shop!
