They keep everything in our apartment running smoothly. The front office communicates in a timely manner and addresses concerns as needed. We really appreciate all of the staff who work hard to create and maintain a positive community.

The office staff have been friendly and responsive. Overall, it is the people at Lantana Ridge that are the main reason we have called this our home for several years.
Not a good choice Everybody is leaving. The property is falling apart. The price is too high for such quality. Management is trying to make money on everything. Be careful.
Environment is okay but office is terrible Office only works before you sign the lease. Any inconvenience caused by them will be charged to you.

Me and my boyfriend recent got approved for an 1 bed bath. and after calling the property and talking to one of the agents who agreed that our move in fee would not change. the day we were set to move in they double the amount they told us we had to pay. after paying almost $300 dollars in admin and application fee's, then on top of that we paid $720 for the deposit that we cant get back because of miscommunication on their part. even after being this up to the property they did not giv... read more
This is a place to call home I’ve lived here over 14 years and truly call it home. One of these days I’ll be buying a house and it will be a sad day to leave. The community is peaceful and quiet. The staff in the office are nothing but friendly and professional and go out of their way to help any way they can. My wife is disabled and they are always willing to help. A special shout out to JR, Brandon and Kara who have put up with us for so long. Love y’all.

Amazing! We’ve lived at Lantana Ridge for almost two years and we love it here. Both the leasing and maintenance staff is kind and personable, especially Kyra! Our maintenance requests are always responded to quickly. Nearly every encounter we’ve had with a neighbor has been friendly and it’s a nice quiet community. We had heat and water most of the snow storm, and they gave us a call to warn us they would be shutting the water off (which allowed us time to fill our tubs). Don’t Live Here!!! My fiancé and I have lived here since October. It’s now January, and we completely regret the decision! Every month we have been here, we’re charged erroneous fees. Fees that are never explained to you until you’ve already moved in and signed the lease. Our backyard, that we are charged extra for monthly, is a mud pit. After numerous complaints to office staff, I get emailed today saying it’ll be 45 days from now when the landscaping crew will come out and address it.
