The buildings and surrounding areas are regularly maintained. The nature trail, landscaping, and trees make this a welcome retreat from the Austin metro area. Pretty Swell! We are loving Lantana Ridge! Management is spectacular - Lizy and Kyra are so kind and helpful! It is nestled in a quiet area between the city and Bee Cave. Our drives are short and have the ability to have a city day or nature day or even suburban mall day! It's nice and quiet which is a big deal for us with lots of trails inside the apartment location.

Peaceful community where you get to know your neig... Peaceful community where you get to know your neighbors. Always making improvements like the newly decorated clubhouse. During snowmageddon they brought in food trucks to feed people, and set up a table in the gym where neighbors placed items they could spare to give to other neighbors who were unable to get to the store.

Staff is always exceptional I love the way it's structured.I walked Titohoney on the property and it was a very nice outing! One of the neighbors decorated the tree behind her patio simply Beautiful! Very endearing to my heart! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests... Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and the office employees are friendly and helpful whenever you have questions or concerns. The new renovations being made to the first floor units have also made the apartments feel more open and homey!
