The maintenance team (specifically JR) is timely, professional, and so kind. Maybe you could find more amenities elsewhere, but what Lantana Ridge has feels like enough and it's always high quality.

There have been some issues with cars being broken into and a catalytic converter stolen, but it otherwise is family-friendly. Neighbors are low-key and quiet - not a college kid area. Upset with energy fees (86-350) for a 1 bedroom/1 office and how they raised the rent on us.

It is 1980s tan/ way too dark and dated ! The apartments would look more upscale and appear larger if you paint the walls a much lighter grey/ beige. So far I absolutely love Lantana Ridge. The staff... So far I absolutely love Lantana Ridge. The staff is truly Extraordinary. Not only was my initial rental experience painless and really quite pleasant. But the maintenance staff has been more than friendly and helpful tending to all I of my concerns and needs. I would highly recommend renting here to all of my friends and family. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!
