We have been going to Lane for years and have always been happy with our care. Yesterday, our cat had a severe reaction to the booster shot after I got home. The office took me back in right away and immediate care was administered. Everyone was extremely compassionate as we were very scared since the outcome could have gone either way at that point. The fact my dog can be hand walked into the back room without me to get his nails trimmed means that if hes comfortable enough there, they are worth every penny. you cant put a price on that type of reaction. We've used him at every interval and new parent scare since we've got hunter.
Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Have been taking my dogs there for over 35 years!
