Tom and Rebecca recently sold my home in the Tower. These two people are amazing. This was the most stress free sale of a house I have been through. Everything Tom promised came through he never wavered on anything. I had already relocated and Tom and Rebecca pretty much took care of everything for me. It took a huge load off of me. I would recommend Tom and Rebecca to anyone they are a great team. Thanks so much you two.

Tom and Rebecca recently sold my Mother's Tower District Olive Avenue property with one week of listing it and with a 15-day escrow! Tom and Rebecca handled all the contact and arrangements with the seller. All we had to do was pack and move! It was the fasted I've ever seen a house sold! I am BEYOND HAPPY ! WHY: Tom did what he said would- sell my house. The area is littered with "For Sale" signs... mine SOLD at a fair price and in record time. Priced correctly from the start. Explained each step so I could understand, patient and professional. Assistant Rebecca was wonderful to offer help in navigating the forms. House listed on Friday, had a full offer on next Monday, closed in 30 days! Would recommend to any and everyone. Thanks Tom & Rebecca.

Tom DeBey (Tower Tom) and Rebecca Gonzales are amazing! They were quick to answer all of our questions and did so throughly. During the whole process I knew that these two were working hard and that I was in good hands. Tom is a very savvy agent and knows his Tower District real estate like the back of his hand. We hit a home run with our house and we could not have done it without Tom and Rebecca. I would urge anyone wanting to buy or sell a house to give Tower Tom a call.

Tom has excellent follow through and keeps the process moving along. He is easy to communicate with and is extremely responsive and patient. We loved working with Tom and he continues to be a great resource and help us out with any house questions we have, two years later!
