Tom is the best! He was the first person I went to when I needed to start looking for agents to sell my house. Hopefully quick and painless. He knew that I did not have the money to fix it up the way it should be also. He brought an investor with him to the appointment along with his amazing associate Rebecca. This was my second time using Tom DeBey as my realtor. I was even more impressed this time than last. He found me a new property to purchase within 4 days of my contacting him. It did not work out as the seller, who accepted my offer, did not find another home. However, Tom then found me another property within a few days of that and I made an offer which was accepted.
