Tom has sold two houses for me. Both houses sold within weeks and over asking price. It doesn't get much better then that. Tom and Rebecca were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the sale process. I have tried to sell a house on Zillow without an agent and found the process time consuming and frustrating. I use Tom now to sell my homes, there is no hassle and I get a higher price.

You could not ask for or find a better agent than Tom. He and his agency will work with you through every step of your process and are always there to answer your questions.

Tom has sold many properties for us. He always works very hard and stays in communication all the way from prelisting , to sale , and close of escrow. Great guy! Never a dull moment with Tom..

Tom was the consummate professional but in addition such a kind person to work with. He guided me through the process of selling my home and made sure everything was taken care of. He always handled the details of repairs and was at the house when I couldn’t be. Tom and Rebecca are a delightful team. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Tom was a gem. He took all the stress out of the selling process. He did all the correspondence and paperwork. He took care of any issues or concerns quickly. He updated me frequently. He has very good relationships with others within his field to ensure everything went smoothly. Escrow closed quickly and painlessly. His assistant Rebecca was extremely nice and patience and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tom and his staff to anyone of my friends or family members.

In four different transactions, Tom had delivered exactly what we asked for. Tom always understood what was wanted and he always delivered all that we asked or hoped for, not to mention he executes quickly and efficiently. He makes the transaction go smoothly and was always right on top of the escrow process. I don't know what more you can ask than that. Bottom line, I think is, Tom knows a lot of sellers, and he knows a lot of people who want to buy. Good combo for someone looking for help with a transaction.

This was our second time hiring Tom as our realtor agent. Once again he was able to sell our house and help us buy our new one through a hastle free transaction. When we ran into a tiny problem he was able to negotiate on our behalf and provide us with an excellent outcome. We sold our house contingent on our buyers selling theirs and although it could have been a messy transaction Tom made sure all worked out perfectly. If we ever decide to sell and buy again we already know to call Tower Tom!

Tim Debey is the type of realtor that everyone needs. He sees the "value" of your home and dios not just go off the comps in the neighborhood. He also is not concerned about his commission. That is not his priority. He was amazing to work with and he and Rebecca are the ones you want to work with if selling your home in Fresno.
