i love my fiat and the service i receive! i will be back for another.
Its just a very disapointing customer service. Would never again buy a car from them!
"Express" oil change is a misnomer. I've been here 70 minutes and my car isn't yet on the lift. Estimate is that it will be another 40-50 minutes. At least now I understand why I never get an answer when I call: the phone here rings and rings, multiple lines are lit up, and no one makes a move to answer. So far, Landmark Fiat, I am not impressed.

Sorry for the confusion and the headache. Can I ask who your Service Advisor was? If you don't recall, not a big deal just would like to speed things up. We will get this straightened out.
Look at my Yelp review. I'm not a fan of Landmark right now but shall give them a second chance for wasting my day on Saturday.
