Was in market for a used Subaru. Even though I was in Tennessee I kept getting texts from Sarah Hernandez. She kept throwing cars my way and even helped us think through our wants/needs and our price range. I never negotiated by text and she finally made me an offer I could not refuse. Local dealers were aware of Landers and their lower prices as I told them of a nice car in Alabama. They said, “Landers” Highly recommend Landers and Sarah in particular!!

Terrible. We’ve been back and forth with them for MONTHS just trying to figure out the roaring behind one of my back wheels. After the 10th visit of getting nothing done and them changing the price on us 50 times (each time going up) they made us wait 6 HOURS without telling us ANYTHING. Did I sleep in my new Outback last night? Got home at 10PM from a very good trading cars day in Alabama. I wanted to, but hubby said I should come inside. It was worth the drive . We have a beautiful new Silvery Blue Outback Limited!
