Overall the experience was great. The sales staff was nice and the deal was easy. Took a little longer to get through finance than other dealership experiences. The largest complaint I have is that I receive an enormous amount of junk email from Landers McLarty and all of their third party partners. I explicitly asked not to receive junk email and was informed I would not but as Maury Povich would say, “That was a lie”. If you don’t want junk email, give them an email you don’t care about.
Excellent service from start to finish
No high pressure sales tactics! Sarah was great! We looked, we test drove, we negotiated, we bought. From the beginning of the process until the end, everyone we encountered was friendly. Once we agreed on a price, the paperwork process took awhile but everything was explained along the way. After the sale then delivery, Sarah took us on a walkaround and thoroughly explained how everything works and answered questions. She connected our cell phones to the onboard system. Their service dept is absolutely amazing, and will take great care of you each and every time you walk in the door.
