I love this place and I really do love my Impression and I will surely hate to trade it in caused I let my hair go silver to go with my car.
Last week, from Subaru of America, I received a letter informing me that parts ARE AVAILABLE to replace the defective Takata air bag in my 20009 Subaru Forester. I called Landers McLarty Subaru to schedule an appointment. The local dealer said that parts are NOT AVAILABLE, and they could not give me an approximate date when parts would be available to fix my car. I was looking for a car that would fit my great dane. When it turned out he was too tall and a different car worked better for his size, Mark was nothing but supportive and happy for me. I really felt my business was appreciated. The price was a little higher than originally quoted, but that is understandable as they had to base it on a 2016 model, because pricing wasn't announced for the 2017s. They quoted a great rate on financing and didn't try jacking it up, like EVERY other dealer I have dealt with has done- this was a pleasant surprise. They even helped me get my old car home (no trade in). As I told my salesman, everyone I met there was friendly and spoke to me each visit.
I have leased two Subarus from Landers McLarty during the past 3 months ; a 2017 Outback and a 2017 Forester . Two of the best experiences I've had purchasing or leasing a car. Al was my salesman.Very professional and low key.Highly recommend the dealership.

Each time it has been a great experience with the sales staff being extremely courteous and going above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. The parts and service staff are beyond helpful and always take care of my car and a very aware of my time and get things done quickly. Good customer service and great atmosphere is why I keep coming back.
