Great service, selection and price. Just got some new titles for my 2011 Cruze using a $100 Landers and McLarty coupon.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We took our truck there to be serviced and they were unable to get it fixed before closing. This was not a huge deal as we have another vehicle. The problem was that when we went to pick up our truck the next day, the receptionist sent us on a wild goose hunt to find our truck. No one knew where it was nor did they try to help us find it. Jeremy in the service department has for years been excellent in every way. He treats you with respect and keeps his word. He is informative and helpful. As far as I'm concerned he's why we stick with Chevy. Customer Service at its finest. It's more than business it's how you treat people.
I will never buy anything from here again I have had nothing but trouble out of my 2013 malibu and can't get anything done about it.
They are horrible!!!! Our car has not worked in 7 months the bank won't help fix it and we go to talk to them all they can say is "want to buy another car?!?!"
I bought a 2013 Spark. I didn't have any credit as I never even had a credit card. They worked with me and got me established. Since buying the car I have had some mechanical issues and the service department always takes good care of me, making sure I have a rental until my car is finished. Landers will always get my business.
Sales people are nice and easy to deal with but when it comes to maintenance and body shops communication is horrible. Also, every time one of my female family members takes something in for service they are treated rudely. The only time we get good service is when I am present.
Come down and see christina hodges she is awesome! Love my new 2014 Malibu !
