Tony with the service department is great! Suggestion for waiting area, offer patrons Decaf coffee and sugar free creamer options. I don't drink carbonated drinks and usually drink water all day, but waiting up at the dealership all morning, it would be nice to have a hot beverage. I can't have caffeinated drinks or high in sugar creamers. :-(
Kinda not thrilled that yesterday I was told I could walk out in a brand new car if I had a co signer. Today I'm told even with a co-signer I need several thousand dollars due to the negative equity on my car. Gee. If I had SEVERAL thousand dollars don't you think I wouldn't have that kind of negative equity or I would just go buy a car in cash? I went in to the Landers McLarty Chevy Service center today because I had a broken piece in my center console. John Turney was wonderful! He took all my information and let me know I would get a call when my part came in. How exciting that it was in the same day! John and the techs fit the new piece in quickly, and got me back in my truck. Thanks for the great work today! I would definitely recommend any Chevy service be done here!
