My husband truck has been sitting in the lot waiting for repairs fot about 7 weeks now an it hasnt even moved. We have never had to wait this long for repairs. Everytime he calls to get a update they have a excuse.
Quicky, from a distance... Last day of 2017 I had to buy a truck for tax benefits. Called at 12:30 pm spent about thirty min of ph time over all. 7:30 pm my truck was being delivered to me 140 miles from dealership. Spent 45 min with a very qualified gentleman going over truck and features and signing off on paperwork. Then he drove my trade back. Never set foot in the dealership. First time at Landers Mclarty. Had oil changed and recall work done on 2014 Silverado. In and out in less then an hour. Will go back again.
Took my 2018 Colorado in for its 1st service today4/21/18 and was in and out in short time! Man new what he was doing and even offered a wash for my truck but it didn't need one but was nice of him!
Great staff! The service personnel are thorough, friendly and simply great!
I feel as if I shouldn't even give Landers Mclarty Chevy at Huntsville Al ONE STAR! Simply because they have piece of sh*t service, AFTER you may have purchased a car from their dealership. But try their absolute best to get these cars off of their lot. They also DO NOT like or even seem as if they would even want to be helpful or accommodate their customers beyond their needs, regarding to their customers vehicle!
Love this dealership Thank you David and Rick for helping us understand lease options and getting us into our new car. Everyone we have dealt with was awesome.
