Over the last 7 years I have bought 3 cars from you guys. 2 for myself and one for my sister. But after yesterday I will not use y’all again. I called the service department about getting a key and key fob made. The guy in the service department was very rude and short. I understand you get busy sometimes but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be treated with common courtesy. You have lost a loyal customer.
I love the overall service. I get my car wash and vacuum for free. Whenever there is a problem with youre vehicle you can go see a service manager. And they will surely help you solve the problem. Love my chevy..🎉🎉🎉
