I’ve yet to have a negative experience with the service department. I’ve been coming for years and I’ve always been made to feel my concerns are priority one.

So disappointed in landers mclarty chevy, went in today for a diagnosis of a chassis vibration and after a couple hours I was told that 2 of my rims was seriously bent which was causing the vibration. And charged me $200 for this diagnosis. Then wanted to charge me $1800.00 for 2 new rims. So I proceeded to go get a new set of rims on my car but decided to have the place double check my rims and none of them were bent. The service department is obviously a joke. Great experience... we shopped online for a couple weeks for trucks and when we found this one they were great to work with ... they had no pressure and had honesty and made it work with the budget we sat out for them ... their dealership seemed to run like a well oiled machine ... very clean and well run during this COVID pandemic as well...thank you guys

My hubby let me pick out a new toy. I chose a white, 2020 Camaro SS Convertible. I love my gal Janie (internet sales manager) for hooking us up with a wonder salesman. We went with that one car in mind. They ran a Carfax on another one we'd seen at Bentley just prior. It was a white, V6 2018 Convertible. I had driven it and liked it. They repaired my friends Nissan and she is so happy. The customer service was excellent. Tim even waited with her after hours for her ride to show up. The car looks great and she was very pleased that they cleaned the interior!! We will definitely use them again in the occasion arises! Quality work and excellent customer service!!

It’s easy to get your car seen early in the day on week days. And I don’t have to wait long for the work to be complete.
I really enjoy my experience. I pull in they take over. I make my appointment they’re always expecting me. It doesn’t take all day either. Once I had a time for Saturday. It was done in less than an hour. They rotated my tires checked the air pressure and topped off all my fluids. No worries!! This time I called and asked if it says 0 for oil does that mean I have no oil? He said it’s pass the 5k miles and recommend a change.. I was nervous about that all night. Again NO WORRIES!!
