Sales and services they did a great job fixing my Cruze water pump.
I went to the chevrolet dealership today and was looking an at an F150 truck. Aubrey and Von were very helpful and looked at the vehicle and even came up with something the dealership could do to fix some minor issue with the truck. The Sales GM (Terry) was the worst. He was rude and told me that he did not care to sell me the truck today. He could make more money at the auction monday. $300 stopped the deal from going through. We asked him if he would fix the sunroof. He said he would not put any effort into the vehicle and... read more

Did not complete any of the service I brought it in to my scheduled appointment for. Three of the issues they refused to resolve were related to safety recalls.

I bought 2020 Chevrolet Spark in February, now the and air conditioner is not working properly and a knocking sound. I called and was told bring it back in the morning, I did. I was told I would have to leave it. I live in Eva I didn't have ride home,was told to bring it back the next day. I asked about a loaner car, none were available.
