I spoke with the Service Manager and the last time you came in here after your last oil change, the Purge Valve that they replaced had nothing to do with the oil change and we fixed at a greatly reduced price and also it was a couple hundred miles later so that actually had nothing to do with the oil change. I'm sorry you had that experience. The first two times you described, there's no excuse for that and I apologize that happened, I know it must have been very aggravating.

Again, Dustin, we do not have control over a third party source that delivers to us. The parts are not made here at the dealership so therefore they have to be shipped in to us for our customers. Anything other than that is not our responsibility. I'm terribly sorry you've had to miss work but as I stated, it's beyond our control as it would at any other parts store or dealership.
