Over the last 7 years I have bought 3 cars from you guys. 2 for myself and one for my sister. But after yesterday I will not use y’all again. I called the service department about getting a key and key fob made. The guy in the service department was very rude and short. I understand you get busy sometimes but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be treated with common courtesy. You have lost a loyal customer.
The salesperson I worked with was very cordial, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it as effortless and hassle free as possible. The only mildly negative aspects I came across were that communication between technicians and salespeople/person was strained on one front, as well as being understaffed in service department. Overall however I got the truck of my dreams there and would gladly go back and see Skylar and the team at Landers McClarty again when considering a new vehicle.
