Very pleased with my Range Rover HSE Sport. Great experience dealing with Scott Schneider with the purchase of my daughters Range Rover and now my new Range Rover. Scott introduced me to Sales Associate Alicia Waldron who was also an extreme pleasure to work with. The training that she has received from Range Rover is evident in her knowledge of the vehicle she guided me through for my purchase. Lastly a shout out to Dylan Vitiello for providing an excellent tutorial of the vehicle.

I recently bought a new range rover velar, they sold me a ceramic package to protect the paint and the seats of the vehicle. I went to pick up the vehicle at the dealer and they damaged all my paint with scratches, it was a bad job. I returned the vehicle for them to repair it, when I picked up the vehicle again the scratches were still everywhere and not enough with that they gave me the super dirty vehicle stained with bird excrement. Dealership sold us a preowned vehicle with a bad transmission. However, they went above and beyond after the sale in working out an amicable resolution to repair the vehicle. Very satisfied with the after sales support provided by Marty Stapleton and would recommend them.

I inquired about a lease special they currently have and, conveniently, that specific Range Rover Velar was no longer available. That wasn’t really an issue, however, I was then told that since I am in NY they won’t sell to me (purchase or lease) because I am outside of their market area. I have never heave of such a thing. If I were to come tomorrow with cash, they wouldn’t sell me a car? Will gladly take my business elsewhere and request a dealer trade through another dealership if need be.

So for the negative reviews, honestly I’m confused. I worked with Nolan and Ryan and legit they made the experience soo easy and fun. They are knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and seriously impressive, these guys got it all. I can say with confidence I highly recommend buying a car from them.
