I inquired about a lease special they currently have and, conveniently, that specific Range Rover Velar was no longer available. That wasn’t really an issue, however, I was then told that since I am in NY they won’t sell to me (purchase or lease) because I am outside of their market area. I have never heave of such a thing. If I were to come tomorrow with cash, they wouldn’t sell me a car? Will gladly take my business elsewhere and request a dealer trade through another dealership if need be.

Buying a motor vehicle should not be something that you approach with fear and trepidation. Fear that you will be oversold and you will be sold the vehicle that earns the most commission for the sales person and profit for the dealership. I have bought two vehicles now from the Goodwin Motor Group. I bought a Discovery Sport from Paul a few weeks ago and what a wonderful experience! He knew the vehicle inside and out and if he wasn't sure, he quickly looked it up for us. The price was fair and they gave me a fair trade for my used car. VERY easy to deal with. We were in and out on the day of delivery in less than 1 hour. Signed some papers, Paul went over some more features in the vehicle, and we were on our way! Thank you!
I had water on my passenger side floor, turns out it is a known issue for a heated windshield sealing properly. My husband took my 2016 Evoque “Stormy” in to be repaired and was given a loaner, treated wonderfully and out of there in no time! Plus they cleaned my car inside and out❤️ This dealership is well worth the drive and we will continue to go to them.
