Fire the service writer I met with today. I am sure he wanted to go home early and I ruined that because I came in to pick up my vehicle. He questioned who I had spoken with about my vehicle. He asked me if they had even started on it and I informed him that they had the vehicle. I said yes. For two days? He said that he had no paperwork on it and who said it was ready. My partner and I dropped our Rover off this morning for routine service maintenance. When we picked it up and I got inside to leave. I noticed that several items had been removed from the console and placed into the cup holders. I lifted the lid to place the things back inside and this square piece with the clips was just sitting inside loose. I was able to put it back in place.
