I was pre qualified through capital one credit with their auto navigator system and financing went through without a hitch. I got the exact terms on my loan as what the pre qualify statement said it was going to be. My sales man was Wesley Verhoef, he was very friendly and helpful. Very nice ppl. The new receptionist is professional and the service department was expertise. Even the sales department spoke to me. Cliff gave me a great suggestion to check with my bank to refinance for a lower apr and that worked well! Love my f-pace. I wish they would have cleaned my car out though like usual.
