My husband and I had two (2) incredibly poor experiences with LAND ROVER CHANTILLY. 1. Our sales person (Alex Hamdan) was rude and useless. We asked him to overnight the final contract so that we could expedite the delivery of the vehicle. He said that Land Rover Chantilly did not have a mechanism in place for him to overnight the contract. Amazingly,Richard,who found us our stunning car three years ago,was standing there when we arrived.He remembered us and the car and he was amazed it had been three years.He is working with us to pick out another amazing car.
Let me first say, I hate buying cars, however, Jaguar/Land Rover of Chantilly may have changed my mind. It was the easiest experience I have ever had. I did my research, walked in knowing what I wanted and boom it was done. In and out less than 1.5 hours and that included the test drive. Our salesman Aman was fantastic. No hard sell from the him or the finance guy. I did not have to meet the manager and all those games other dealers play.
