After a customer has purchased a vehicle from your dealership and sends it back for repairs and the car gets damaged accept responsibility. If you contact tow company to return the car and it’s damaged try not to pass the buck. Try to treat the customer the same way you would, as if they we’re purchasing a car.

Had a scheduled service appointment and they overbooked their loaner cars but didn’t tell me that when I arrived much less call me to reschedule. They just sat me down and told me to wait then 30 min later when I asked they said they didn’t have any cars. What? The general manager offered zero regard for my wasted time and told me they’d have to see when they could fit me in. Gee thanks. Mind you this was the second time in a month they’re trying to fix my non-working Bluetooth on a BRAND NEW car. Miserable.
