It has been 18 mths since my Thanskgiving visit and I am always looking for a reason to return. I stayed in the loft sweet and found the accommodations and the staff to be superior in every way. The easy walk into the city and-or the college made the stay amazingly enjoyable.
Beautiful hotel!! We were on our way home to Vermont, coming from Charleston, SC. I called the hotel at 2:30 am, in hopes that they had availability. We only needed to catch up on our sleep. The gentleman working was great!! He gave us a discounted rate and we were able to checkout at noon. Our room was gorgeous. We hope to make it back to Lancaster sooner than later. We will most definitely stay here!! Thanks so much!!
We've stayed here several times since it opened and have never been disappointed. No exception with this one night stay. Room was lovely and all amenities were perfect. Staff was efficient and polite. Had a drink in John J. Jeffries. Great evening.
The hotel was very artistic in its décor and theme. We were sorry the restaurant was closed but there were places to eat close by. If you want to stay in Lancaster I would recommend it.
