Gunk in the jacuzzi tub jets. Gross. It is a beautiful hotel otherwise.
I love this hotel. The rooms are awesome. It is my favorite hotel in Lancaster. I cannot wait to stay again. The rose on the pillow at night is a nice touch.

Had a wonderful two day stay with you . Came for my Grandsons Wedding . I found all the people working there were lovely . My Daughter hosted the rehearsal dinner. It was wonderful & your food amazing. I had travelled from U.K. with some of my other family. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.
