We had a great time there It was better than I thought it would be and everyone who works there is great and super friendly. Could not ask for a better experience
The hotel is almost perfect. Lovely design, warm and welcoming. Great location with lots of choices for dinner. Free parking and nice buffet breakfast. Now, a couple of small things that could put this hotel over the top...the pillows were terrible, and there was no water pressure so if you have a decent amount of hair forget trying to shampoo. We did really not the stay with a couple of very minor issues.
Our wedding night was ruined by The Arts Hotel & the manager Joy Sims. Last night we arrived at the Arts Hotel & checked in to our honeymoon suite with the big bath tub that we reserved months ago. We entered the room & found someone else's stuff. It was clear that someone else was using this room. We called the front desk using the phone in the room & told them what happened.
