Location was convenient, staff were helpful & friendly, hotel was clean, loved the turn down service and the charm of it being an old warehouse with modern touches & cool art! Brick walls make it noisy but I wear ear plugs to bed anyway because I’m a light sleeper so I had no problem sleeping.
Had our corporate holiday party at the hotel and in John j Jeffries. The hotel was better than we expected - great place to stay. Food was delicious and service was A+. Rooms are unique - beds super comfy - clean and great overall experience. Would definitely stay here again.
quick check in. friendly staff. beautiful room. They left a red rose by the bed and candy that said sweet(found it when I returned from dinner/show) .They made me feel special. Thank you Lancaster Arts Hotel.

Fabulous accommodations ... welcoming staff ... spacious rooms with exposed brick walls, wooden beams & state of the art appointments beg the question : Who the heck didn’t give a 5***** rating? Maybe someone who didn’t like the ‘just ok’ breakfast?
Wonderful hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing! They even upgraded us to a suite when I told them that it was my husbands birthday and I was surprising him with an overnight stay😊The rose and chocolates for turns down service are such a great touch. You won’t find things like that at your typical chain hotels! We will definitely be back!
