I love my two X11 Spinning rods they are my favorite! I'm planning on buying a third X 11 great value performance and just a pleasure to fish with!

I own a few lamiglas rods. I broke my SI on a fish and went into the store to claim warranty on the rod. No questions asked Rick and Nikki gave me a brand new top half to the rod. Very happy with Lamiglas. Love the rods.
I sent my favorite rod in for service, I got a new rod back today. Thank you for the great service
The rods are decent, but the warranty is a joke. I recently had an identical issue with a gloomis rod and within 5 minutes of being on the phone, I had a new rod on the way. They paid shipping & handling, and they didn't need the old rod in their hands before sending me a similar one. If I break a rod it means the run is in and I don't have time to play mail tag with my equipment. I feel bad I've recommended these rods to people. Never again.
Yeah, great rods, till they break while trolling around with no fish on!. No problem, take it back to the store for refund? No! Got to pay shipping both ways to receive another piece of shit rods that breaks again. Sad your from my home town. Your now competing with China for Walmart specials. Worthless!!!!
Terrible customer service. I specifically buy Lamiglas rods for the quality, after having a fluke break they have now had my certified pro for 3 1/2 weeks and I cannot get a phone call in return. I might as well go buy a different rod. Really disappointed in Lamiglas

Please email warranty@lamiglas.com if this has not been resolved. Every new Lamiglas comes with either a 1-year Limited or Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our warranty will protect you if your rod breaks due to a defect in the rod or material. Our warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, accidental breaks, and misuse/abuse of the rod. Customer service is horrible. Between my husband and I it took us two weeks to talk to someone on the phone. Emails the items they requested (twice) and never got a response. Thankfully the store we bought the defective rod from from knows how to keep the customer happy. We will not own a Lamiglas again.
