Wish they still had the same service but you gotta pay to have your rod fixed if it breaks and it was not a cheap China rod

Last summer I won my X11 in a raffle at my outboard/fishing club , so no receipt. Finally got a chance to use it on a fishing trip this month. The very first strike as I was trying to set the hook the rod snapped. Tried to call lamiglas repeatedly. No answer.
So I called 4 times today and left many messages with no reply. I bought a 9 foot insane surf and fished it today for the second time. I through a 1.25 ounce plug and the rod split up the middle. I went to the store I got it from which wasn't that long ago maybe a month. And he told me what to do. I feel if you spend this type of money you could at least ball us back. I've never had any issues with the costumers service always did right by me took a while to get my rod back it was all worth it and tell you the truth I love my new SI series rod best rod ever it would be nice to get some hats and shirts for what we pay for the rods or simply stickers for our trucks
I want to say thanks to Lukas for all of the help in getting a couple of my rods back in service after a couple unfortunate incidents and hooking me up w a couple trade ups. Great asset to lamiglas keep up he great service .
Excellent customer service. Dylan is an asset to your company. However after breaking the tips off 3 of your CGDR-70's I just can't bring myself to spend money on a rod that is so fragile. I understand these are an entry level Lami, but they snap way too easy. $180 and $40 to the warranty dept, and I probably will never buy another Lami rod. Snapped a xc705 and they replaced it with their current model xp705 for the cost of shipping. It's great to see a company stand behind their product!
Have to say, horrible customer service in the warranty department. In the near 50 years of fishing, I have never broke a rod or needed a warranty repair until now. I sent them my rod in for repair. After 6 weeks of not hearing from them, I called and left a message as they did not answer the phone, asked them to please call me. No return phone call.
