Clayton in the warranty department had me in and out of there in minutes and I was able to get back after the steelhead that day! Thanks Clayton and Lamiglas!
They had my rod for over a month, I called 3 different times a each time they said they would check and call back. Never did. Finally called and they (Clayton the manager) told me lifting a 12" fish in the boat puts to much stress on the rod and wasn't covered under warranty! I have boat flipped 5#ers with Berkley lightning rods and never broken one. Needless to say I would never own another! What a joke!

I brought an almost new lamiglas Kenai special that was broken on a silver into their warranty department in woodland wa where they're made today. The lifetime warranty was refused to be honored. I'm an avid angler and have been a lamiglas fan for years but I'm extremely disgusted with the way lamiglas rods has decided to do business. Good job on screwing over the locals lamiglas.

Doug - was the break a defect break? If so, please bring it in or submit for a second review. Lifetime warranty covers defect breaks on brand new rods - the warranty does not transfer if you bought it used from someone. Even so - we'll offer a great discounted rate on a Kenai Special even if it wasn't a defect break. We hope we can work something out for you and sorry you had a difficult experience.
