They followed up right away and were honest
I didn’t end up getting this car. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. But I gave Ken, our salesmen, all of the things that I was looking for! We came out a few times and looked at cars and walked away from probably 5 or 6 with no hassle. He watched inventory and when the car came in with all of the specifications I wanted, he let me know before if even hit the lot! I bought the car and the buying process was fast and easy. Dealership was very clean. My sales representative was very thorough and did not try to “SELL” me like most of the other dealerships. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle even though it’s an hours drive from my home. Can’t say enough good things about Lambert’s Buick/GMC!!!

Not overly impressed with this dealership. The two gentlemen I dealt with were nice and respectful but didn’t do much to make a sale. So, unfortunately for them, I went to another dealship right after and found a similar vehicle and they worked with me and they made a sale that day.
The vehicle was one of three we were looking at. In fact, it came down to this one and one other. We received communication timely and decided on another vehicle.
