My experience with Lamacchia Realty was awesome! I own a rental property in Massachusetts and live in California. My tenant had to move out suddenly and I no longer wanted to manage a property 3000 miles away so I initially reached out to Lamacchia about their Offer Now program. Paige is a worker bee. From the assessment of our house straight through to the final closing day she was on the job tirelessly dedicating herself to getting it sold. Professional, knowledgeable and at the same time personable and supportive in her efforts to bring the task to its fruition. Always immediately responsive to our questions or concerns. My Wife and I weren't exactly sure what we were looking for in an agent, but we're sure glad we found Alyssa Spear!. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and resourceful while representing us along the way last summer. At times, we might've even been a little overbearing, but Alyssa was a pleasure to work with.
