We followed suggestions of realtor regarding preparations for showing our home and property and it paid off. Sold home after only 3 showings and over asking price. RecommendedPaul Cervone was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire home sale process. We met with Paul on July 5 and explained how quickly we needed to sell. Two weeks later we had an open house, multiple offers and the house was gone.
