Although I found Dr. Lakshman to be an excellent surgeon I did not find his office staff to hold the same standard. Many times I called the office and no one ever answered the phones nor did a recording come on to leave a message. I had surgery three weeks ago and still haven’t been able to make my follow up appointment. Before surgery I called multiple time to address some presurgery questions and the same thing occurred. I think it was three days before I was able to get someone. I find this to be unacceptable.
Dr. Laksman has an incredible bedside manner. He is so knowledgeable, informative, and shows true concern for the patient
Dr Lakshman and his staff have been very professional and great at keeping me in the loop every step of the way. He is very receptive to all my questions and I never felt rushed during our visits!
Excellent explanation on how certain things work in our anatomy when it comes to our GI system and colo-rectal system,he explains on how we should be in taking daily fiber and drinking plenty of water, he is the best at what he does for all his patient's, he's a colo-rectal surgeon and like any surgeon their schedules are hectic, he tends to keep it all together the best way possible to accommodate his patient's with the help of his staff. Good explanation and consultation
Dr. Lakshman is the perfect combination of knowledge in his field as well as having an outstanding bedside manner. He makes you feel extremely comfortable during your office visit in what can be an uncomfortable situation. I was extremely fortunate to find what I consider to be the best Colorectal doctor in all of Central Texas. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is quite simply the best in his field.
Every visit has been pleasant and thorough.
