Dr Lakshman is kind, caring, and such a great surgeon. I had a very complicated case and he took time to make sure everything was perfect. He operated on me like I was a person, not just another surgery. I highly recommend him. Seriously, he's top of the line and when you're dealing with this subject, you want the best!
Dr Lakshman explained my condition by drawing a diagram as well, and truly a picture is worth a thousand words. Also, he understands very well the timing and the clinical necessity of the procedure, tailor made to my problem. To me that is a hallmark of a great surgeon.
Dr. Lakshman definitely listened to my concerns and took time to explain procedures.

I’ve had several office visits with procedures and surgery with Dr. Lakshman. Very personable physician who explains things thoroughly and makes himself available when you have an urgent situation. Highly recommend.
Recent colectomy, Dr Lakshman used robotic da Vinci minimally invasive surgery which results in a quicker recovery. Dr was personable and answered questions. Based on my recovery he did an outstanding job with my surgery and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this surgery. Two hospital nurses sang his praises as well without my even asking for their opinion- a good sign. His Office staff is subpar, as most seem to be these days, but this review is for Dr alone.
Dr Lakshman is a very skilled surgeon, and easy to talk to. I’m very blessed to have had him for my surgeon.
Dr. Lakshman was on standby and performed an appendectomy as part of my Endometriosis excision and total hysterectomy in April 2021 (the latter part of which was performed by an excision/Endo specialist named Dr. Devin Garza). This doctor is fabulous. He is very knowledgeable in his speciality. I had surgery with him and found him to be very warm, caring, and easy to talk to. Even my friends waiting for me through the surgery found him to be very nice and thoughtful.
