Scheduling, intake, and reception were smooth and welcoming. Dr. L was very friendly and informative; took time with me despite a busy full office. His kindness and clarity were such a comfort after a really bad experience with another provider. Followup by staff was quick and efficient.

When notified of the amount of blood Dr Lakshman gave me an almost immediate appointment and stopped the problem and made a quick appointment for a procedure to rectify the situation.
He listened and answered my questions. He clearly explained what he needed to do and reassured me that he cared.
The front desk staff is amazing! We are kept up to date to appointments, cancelations, rescheduling. The nursing staff is phenomenal as well.Dr. Lakshman is very clear that he wants his patients to have a good if not great quality of life.We believe he really cares when he ask, How are you doing today?' It doesn't seem like a lot, because he probably says it hundreds of time a day. But to me and my mom who is his patient, it means a lot.

Top shelf experience top to bottom. Office staff were welcoming and helped to ease my fears. Dr. Lakshman laid out clearly the approach as we gather more detailed information about my situation. Couldn't ask for a better doctor. His communication skills are great. He has a way of explaining complex information clearly and in a way everyone can understand.
