It's aight Me and my girlfriend lived in these apt for a little of 4 months now, when I first moved in I found a few things wrong with the apt just a few not to much. Which was the dish washer doesn't work,ac window unit was leaking, the stove i.e. Wasn't working, and the sink was leaking, we called to have someone come repair these and it took almost a week before I heard from anyone. So I've went to the community center and talked to them face to face and what I was told is that "there was never a work order put in"??? So ... read more
Definitely Recommend! I visited Lakota Lake about a week ago and love the complex. I thought the model was very nice. The gym was my favorite part and the fact that it is open 24/7. Schedule your tour today!

Good Place to Live Love the dog park! My dog has enough space to run. The staff is great and maintenance has always taken care of my issue right away! Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Very Nice Place The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Fitness room is very nice with a variety of equipment to meet any fitness needs. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are very nice.
Nice Property I think Lakota Lake is a very nice property. My favorite part is the lake. It is gorgeous. West Chester can be expensive, but it is definitely worth living here.
Very Welcoming! This apartment community, as well as the staff, was very welcoming when I came in to tour. They truly made it feel like home and like I was already living there. I'll be filling out my application for sure!
