I love it here! I have been at Lakota Lake for 4 years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The staff is wonderful and the amenities provide so much fun for all ages. I would definitely recommend Lakota Lake to anyone who is looking to move!
Do Not Live Here All of the good reviews are from people who want free gift cards, FYI. Do not live here. It may look fine from the outside, and the apartments look fine, but it's everything else that is the problem. I have had many problems with maintenance staff (SLOW), the LOUD fire alarm going off in the hall multiple times (because the alarm is old and they won't fix it), and MEAN office staff. good place, great price Has many great amenities ( free heat, laundry rooms, gym, lake path, dog park), and most of the staff are extremely friendly, especially the girls in the office. Really the only issues I've had are 1. People driving the wrong way through the back (it is a one way street, after all) 2. The maintenance... has it's ups and downs. They were great when our ac needed to be replaced, but their most recent actions.. let's just say I'm still quite angry about their lack of professionalism and communication

Lakota lakes Apartment I love living at Lakota Lakes because it's a quiet well kept complex. The staff are pleasant and happy to help you with anything you need. They is a real sense of community. If you are looking for a place in West Chester you should check it out.
Best value in west Chester I'm not going to lie, when I first moved here I wasn't excited, at all. I wanted a house to rent but failed to find anything before my time was up. But I could not be happier with the office & maintenance staff! Which goes a VERY long way when you live in an apartment, because let's face it, 95% of neighbors are going to be loud when you live in an apt. lakota lakes I really enjoy my apartments and all the activities that they offer , there are multiple playgrounds for kids , fresh cookies , and there are always games and activities each holiday seasons .
Lakota lake apartments We chose this location due to functionality. We are very particular about school systems and researched this area closely. After looking at affordability and commute to work this apartment fit all of the above. Located directly on rt. 75 it was o perfect match. Not to mention the amenitys pool, work out room, pond with a walking trail and much more.
