Good location Lakota Lake may not be modern, but it has everything you need. There is a paved path around the lake that is exactly one have mile; perfect for running. There is a laundry room in every building and a gym in the main building. It's close to downtown too.
Great location, decent apartment Location is excellent, not far from Cincinnati or Dayton, excellent shopping nearby and highway access in literally right next door. The management is decent but not superior, but the amenities help. Very dog friendly, with a bark park and walking path around the lake, playgrounds for children, soccer goal, volleyball, basketball, and a swimming pool.
