RecommendedHad a great experience with the ladies in the office today. I managed to chip one of the lenses in my one month old glasses. I stopped in, fully expecting to pay for a replacement. What a great service!!! Each time I go in, the staff really seem to care and converse with patrons. The eye doctor is extremely knowledgeable and does his best to get the CORRECT prescription for the lenses. I’m so glad I found them and my new glasses are HOT Lol
Nice people, nice shop. Beware, though - they refused to include the pupillary distance on my husband's prescription in order to prevent him from ordering glasses elsewhere. This is a sleazy tactic to try to force you to purchase your glasses from them. In my experience, the Lens Crafters at Westgate does provide you with a complete prescription, including your PD. Despite the fact that it's my insurance company's preferred Optician, we won't be returning to Lakewood Optical.
Awesome folks, that actually care! A wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
