I wanted to give a special thank you to Joe and Sandy, they were super nice and such a big help! Yesterday morning i broke the right nose pad on my glasses and it wasn’t just a easy fix. Anyway so they were able to fix them for me and i was so happy! Thank you all so much I appreciate and highly recommend💗
I have to share the amazing experience I had today! I rarely have any downtime because I am a Realtor. Well, I did something unexpected and sat on my glasses! I needed to get to my next appointment and did not have time to handle this issue. I stopped by for a quick adjustment. The friendliest welcome and service I have ever had. Very clean and well laid out store. This is definitely my new optician!! The office manager - Timothy - was most helpful and adjusted my old wire frame perfectly!!! Paul in Fairview Park.
