Very friendly, professional service, and reasonable prices. I went into this store to get my glasses adjusted, and they couldn't have been nicer. The people who work here are nice, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the best place on the West side to get glasses, period.

Fantastic service from Joe and staff when I dropped in looking for a quick emergency replacement frame after breaking mine beyond repair on vacation. As my frames were older and my lenses are apparently a hard-to-fit size, they had nothing in their current stock, but found an older frame in the back room, put my lenses in it and didn't even charge me! I was fully prepared to pay and was pleasantly shocked to get such good small-town service in this day and age. I will definitely go back and buy glasses from them another time... read more

Yes! My appointment was on Monday and I picked my glasses up on Friday the same week!! The staff is always so friendly on the phone and in person. They are very patient and have a wide selection of eye wear! Yes, I recommend Lakewood Optical for all your vision needs.
What would I recommend about Lakewood Optical? Everything. Maria, Sandy, and Dr. Haney are all about serving their customers. They have always been polite and professional. Today I am especially delighted with them as they found a $200.00 rebate for my order. You will be more than satisfied with their dedication to customer service and eye care.
